Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
These general terms and conditions of sale (T&Cs) govern all relationships between Bootyful (the Seller) and customers (the Customer) who use Bootyful’s Spanish e-commerce website (the Site).
2. Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale
By placing an order on the Site, you accept these T&Cs without reservation. Bootyful reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. Changes will apply to all orders placed after their publication on the Site.
3. Products
Bootyful offers smart and portable bidet systems that transform any toilet into a Japanese toilet. Product descriptions, photographs, and information are provided for reference only and may be subject to change without notice.
4. Order
To place an order, you must follow the online purchase process and click “Confirm Order” to submit your order. By placing an order, you declare that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
5. Prices and Payment
All product prices on the Site are indicated in euros (€) and include VAT. Shipping costs are not included and will be added to the total order amount. Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal, or other payment methods indicated on the Site. Payment is required at the time of order.
6. Delivery
We deliver all over Europe . Delivery times are indicated on the Site and are estimates. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, unless otherwise indicated.
7. Right of Withdrawal and Free Returns
You have a period of 300 calendar days from the receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal and return the product free of charge, without having to justify your reasons or pay penalties. To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw by email at contact@bootyful.es, through our contact form on the website, or directly by private message on our social networks. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs will be borne by Bootyful. We will refund the total order amount, including initial shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned products.
8. Warranty
In addition to the 2-year legal warranty provided by European law, Bootyful offers its customers a commercial warranty for a total duration of 5 years from the date of purchase of the product.
Conditions of the 5-year commercial warranty:
1. Warranty Duration
The Bootyful commercial warranty is valid for 5 years from the date of purchase of the product.
2. Scope of Application
This warranty covers all manufacturing defects and failures of the Bootyful product during the warranty period.
3. After-Sales Service:
In case of a problem with your Bootyful product during the warranty period, please contact our after-sales service at the following address: contact@bootyful.es
4. Product Replacement:
If the Bootyful product shows a defect or failure during the warranty period, we will send you a new product free of charge. Shipping costs will be covered by Bootyful.
5. Exclusions:
The commercial warranty does not cover damage caused by:
Improper use or inadequate maintenance of the product.
Repairs carried out by unauthorized persons.
Modifications made to the product without Bootyful’s authorization.
6. Claim Procedure:
To benefit from the commercial warranty, please follow these steps:
Contact our after-sales service providing your proof of purchase and a detailed description of the problem encountered.
Send us the defective product according to the instructions from our after-sales service.
Once the product is received and verified, we will proceed to send a new product.
Legal Provisions:
The Bootyful commercial warranty does not affect the legal rights you have under the 2-year legal warranty provided by European law. In case of conflict between the legal warranty and the commercial warranty, the most advantageous warranty for the consumer will apply.

9. Liability
We shall not be liable for any indirect damages resulting from the purchase of our products, including, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of data. Our total liability to you in connection with the purchase of our products is limited to the amount paid by you for the purchase of the products in question.

We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation. Your data will only be used within the framework of managing your order and improving our services. 11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These T&Cs are governed by French law. Any dispute related to the interpretation or execution of these T&Cs will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
